Turned out great 👍🏻.. little more sweetness needed but tastes like apple pie 😁. Added crushed walnuts for crunch.

Delicious! Very filling. I cut the recipe in half since it was only 2 of us eating and we still had left over because it is so filling. I did add the flax seed meal because I need the extra protein and fiber. I would like to try it again using brown sugar and dicing the apples smaller

Wife and daughter both liked it. Enough sweetness that they enjoyed it without feeling like I was serving dessert for breakfast.

I eat oatmeal every morning. saute'ing apples first instead of boiling them made a world of difference. after that i just through in the milk and some old fashioned 5 minute oats. Good recipe for those who dont like oatmeal probably!
