Excellent. I used metal cooling racks as my baking trays and no oil or sugar. 200 degrees, 1-2 hours(ish). It really helps with sticking if you flip the apples halfway through while they’re still a little gummy.

awesome recipe. very healthy snack and the canola oil helped them not stick. i used a coconut oil and water mixture to spray the pan thoroughly and I used aluminum foil instead of parchment paper. i had sweet apples didn't need sugar only sprinkled some cinnamon. Very delicious
