I doubled the recipe as I had 4 large apples to use up. Made it in a 9x13 baking dish and had to add 30 minutes to the baking time to get the middle done, but it is moist and delicious.

Fabulous. I did add a 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the batter. Otherwise I followed the directions. I think I will use 2 cups of apples next time; and there will definitely be a next time. It reminds me of a coffee cake. But whatever you name it you will call it delicious.
