Delicious! I’ve made this via Instapot and slow cooker and both turn out great!

This is amazing chili! I threw out my old recipe and only use this one now. The flavor is so good! My pasture raised beef is precious however so just couldn’t do 2 lbs. 1 lb is plenty still thick, hearty and delicious! Made it for a party and it was a hit. Doubled everything but only used 2 lbs of beef. It’s was perfect! My forever chili recipe for sure!

This is my go to chili now, I’ve been looking and trying many for a while. Thank you for sharing! I add two more tbs of maple syrup because we all like our chili a little on the sweet side.
I have cooked it as suggested on the stove top, and I have added everything after cooking the beef and onions/peppers and simmered for an hour and it still worked…not as perfect, but still super good.
I have a surplus of creole seasoning and added two tbs of that instead of chili powder, garlic powder, salt and Pepper seperately. Added an extra 1/2 tsp of garlic powder still, and it turned out good as well. But I think the original recipe on the stovetop is still the best version.
Thank you for your talent!

Delicious! Replaced diced tomatoes with 2 cans rotel and added Italian sausage to the ground beef.
