They were kind of dry. I like the these with sauce better. The cheese hardened on top and was like eating clumps of cheese.

Only thing I changed were, I added some oregano in with meat while cooking (fresh) and panko seasoned bread crumbs on top….still added cheese too…..who doesn’t love cheese.
They came out perfect and LOVED by all.

Used Beyond meat, added corn, ceddar, tomato paste instead of rotel. Did not add any rice or carb. Came out delish! The peppers were cooked perfectly!

This was good . I’ve made it with different meats and it’s good as is and with turkey.

Delicious. I added some sweet Italian sausage and 2 cups of rice. Would definitely make again

Made this awhile ago, sometimes, I just don't rate it right away! My husband said this is good, 👍🏻👍🏻
I used sweet Italian sausage, that's all I had, turned out great!
