    Used Beyond meat, added corn, ceddar, tomato paste instead of rotel. Did not add any rice or carb. Came out delish! The peppers were cooked perfectly!

    Made this awhile ago, sometimes, I just don't rate it right away! My husband said this is good, 👍🏻👍🏻 I used sweet Italian sausage, that's all I had, turned out great! Thanx for recipe, will make it again

    I made with wild rice and added the pepper tops into the mixture as well. Very delicious and hardy dish. Will definitely make this one again!
