    These were very delicious, easy to put together and cook. I halved the recipe to make sure we would like it! I used Bob’s Red Mill superfine almond flour, lactose free reduced fat milk, a little honey, kosher salt, vanilla, coconut oil, eggs…all of the specific ingredients listed on the recipe and I loved the way that Lisa gave plenty of alternate choices for each ingredient. They cooked very fast which we loved! Just be careful not to burn them on the first side!
