Yummy! But I added three T of almond extract (instead of amaretto). Oopssss. 1 1/4c almond flour, 1 c einkorn flour, 1/4 c coconut flour (instead of all purpose flour). Swerve instead of sugar.

I've made this recipe a bunch of times and it always comes out great. It's pretty quick and easy to do and the biscotti are super tasty! I also like to make a glaze with icing sugar and pour it over top. I would definitely recommend trying this recipe.
