At first I was sad I wasn’t grilling, but after tasting how wonderful they turned out I was tad I didn’t bother going outside to grill!

Needed more salt but I believe it was because the pork chops were so thick. Basically, delicious! My husband and I really enjoyed it

Our chops were super moist and tasty. They were a little salty for my liking but everyone else thought they were “spot-on”. We will make these again.

Mine turned out ok, it was juicy and just right. Did not use garlic powder and I replaced kosher salt with rock salt.

Turned out very good. Did not use sugar. Pork chops were Thicker, so needed more time to cook. But very good
