This was super easy to make but I didn’t really care for it. I will say that I am not a huge lover of fish so whenever I do eat fish, I expect to be wowed. I found it a little bland and I even used both Old Bay seasoning as well as Italian seasoning and my breadcrumbs were seasoned. It wasn’t bad, but just missing a little flavor kick.

Best fish tacos ever! To the Panko I added chili powder, a small amount of cumin, chicken bouillon, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and it came out amazingly delicious. I also dipped the fish in the egg another time after coating with the flour and before dipping into the panko. I made them into fish tacos using the fish taco sauce recipe from https://natashaskitchen.com/fish-tacos-recipe/ and didn’t have any cole slaw on hand so I just used freshly chopped spinach as the filler and drizzled everything with some honeyracha sauce. It came out perfectly. My only regret was being the only one to enjoy it.
