35 minutes in the air fryer would have cremated the cauliflower. Opted for 10. Head wasn’t big though.

Delicious! I cooked my whole cauliflower wrapped in saran wrap for 7 minutes in microwave , then cut to pieces, sprayed with avocado oil then sprinkle with garlic herb and a little Parmigiano cheese. 15 minutes at 425 in my air fryer oven. So tasty?

This recipe is really good! The spices just make it soo delicious. However, I don't think it's best to cook them at the temp of 400 for 35-40 mins. When I did this, my batch burned.
I made it again at 380 and cooked it for 20 mins, checking every few mins. It turned out perfect! I highly recommend!
