This tasted amazing. I oven roasted the sweet potatoes and parsnips, then added them to the pan with the other ingredients. Delicious. Would highly recommend.

Delicious soup, hearty and tasty and a lovely zing from the chilli and ginger. I didn’t have parsnip so just used extra sweet potoatoes. Will definitely make again.

Yummy recipe ...very warming, I love the hint of peanut butter running through it ❤️
I wasn’t sure where to add the peppers as not stated in the directions but I added them with the parsnips and it turned out well

This is an excellent soup recipe. I had to substitute sunflower seed butter for the peanut butter due to a nut allergy, and I can tell that wasn’t as good as pb would have been. But I added a touch of agave and it still turned out good. Great consistency. Healthy. Quick and easy.

Absolutely deliscious!! Made as per recipe, but only pureed around half the pot as I like a little more texture and substance in soup. I will be making again- can't wait for my kids to try it tonight. Thanks for the great recipe:)

Sooo amazingly goooood! Everything harmonized and it was delicious! Tip: roast everything in the pan before pouring on the broth
