    Thid bread turned out pretty good and had great flavor. The only problem we had was that when I got the bread to the right color the edges of the bread were a little tough. Next time I plan to pull the bread eariler.

    It is delicious and my family love it. But its form more like a pizze than foccacia.....maybe I didn‘t let it raise long enough or I spread it out too large?

    Perfect recipe to learn the basis of making a great focaccia bread that’s light, soft inside and crisp outside. Next time I think I’ll add some herds to the mix.
