It was fantastic! I added yellow peppers and minced garlic. I broke the egg yokes to spread the eggs throughout the turkey.

Very easy, and great tasting recipe! i added cheese to mine and cooked the eggs for about eight minutes, because people requested over-hard eggs. anyways, it doesn't state it in the directions but i would lower the temp a smidge when adding the salsa. i kinda burnt some of the egg/meat. i would keep the eggs away from the edges (so it doesnt touch the skillet).. no burnt edges. very easy!

Loved this idea. Changed a bit though like used diced tomatoes instead of the salsa and added mushrooms and black olives. The eggs on top were the "cherries-on-top". So good

awesome but i was looking to use leftover meat from dinner night before so i did change it a lil havent tried it with turkey or burger yet i used left over london broil cut it up in pieces added salsa and eggs in cast iron skillet put in oven until eggs set up sunny side added a piece of haverty cheese on top of each egg sliced left over homemade biscuits left over put a slice of buscuit on top of egg/cheese returned to oven til cheese starts to soften or melted your choice it turned out awesome and great use of leftovers!!!! thanks for this recipe i really enjoyed this!!

AMAZING! This will be my go to when I have company! I used “My Brothers Black Bean and Corn Salsa” (my favorite)...scramble eggs, poured on top of mix, covered for 10mins...done...Delicious!

Amazing. The taste was amazing and it was a super easy and quick recipe! I will definitely make this again when I just don't feel like being in the kitchen for a long time!
