Great one! Doubled the recipe, the gluten free family loved it! Even my picky daughter.

So simple yet so delicious! I think I’ll even add some crushed up walnuts next time 🥰😋 a perfect breakfast!

Love these with the oatmeal! So good 😊 I only get a craving for pancakes about once a year but that may change with this delicious recipe. Yum 🤤

Loved these!! I made these just for myself and it made two very large pancakes. I will try cutting the recipe in half next time because I couldn’t finish them all. I also added chocolate chips, cinnamon, and pecans and they were delicious.

Wow amazing! I followed the recipe and then added a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, couple shakes of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla. Blended in my Vitamix on 4 for 20 seconds. Used a little butter on skillet though, cooked on medium, poured batter to make 7 small (~3 inch) pancakes and sprinkled some chopped walnuts on top. Cooked about 2 min each side. Easy to flip and came out perfect. Served with a little syrup. The texture was like pancakes, suttle banana taste. Will make these instead of regular pancakes from now on. Delicious! 😋

These turned out great! I added cinnamon and had no issues with texture or flipping.

Flavor was amazing! I added cinnamon and almond extract. However, they were near impossible to flip, and the ones I could flip were burnt. I ended up with a big pile of mush that I threw in bowls and topped with honey and almond butter and blue berries. Banana bread breakfast bowl? Still tasted good!
