I didn't do the crispy rice but I did the rest and it was great. The stir fry sauce was excellent.

Soooo good! Used another easy recipe for the sweet chili sauce, didn’t have lemongrass, and only had 1c of basil, but still came out amazing. Can’t wait to try it again with all of the right proportions!

planned to serve this with crispy tofu rather than the beef so after marinating the veggies as described I heated half the oil, added garlic and ginger as described. instead of the beef and soy sauce, I used the veggies and the marinade. simmered until the marinade reduced to a level I was happy with and the veggies were softer. Added the basil in two batches like described. was a hit!

The recipe was tasty and I subbed cucumber for bell pepper. Took a bit longer to prepare due to knife skills. Feel like it would be easier with more of a 1,2,3,4 type directions. I will make it again.

Tasty. Personally I think a bit heavy on the soy sauce, I’d add to taste during cooking.

The recipe could be a 20 minute one, but know that does not include prepping the ingredients. Also I think it ended up being a little too salty, even though I used less reduced sodium soy sauce than recommended. In the future I would add it slowly and taste until the seasoning is sufficient
