My 1st try at Tuna Salad & it got the approval of even my Mother who doesn’t even like Tuna at all!

Quick and easy! I added celery for more of a crunch and did a tablespoon of cayenne pepper instead of a pinch. I made this into a lettuce wrap for my lunches!

Great, easy to prepare recipe! I also added diced carrots to add a little extra crunch. Love the mustard tastiness!

Really tasty! It’s a great base recipe. Used aioli instead of mayo and was far too creamy the first time but when modified with less aioli it was great!
Added capsicum and celery to add some crunch, also some spices. Really great recipe to use as a starter and develop according to your own tastes :)

I used roasted red pepper instead of a bell pepper and it was so good. I plan to use the same recipe but for egg salad. Ate it on some romaine lettuce leaves. I really liked it, the roasted red peppers were key and came out of a jar. (I used a little bit of the oil from the roasted red peppers as well)

I added a bit of diced celery, grated carrots, and some sriracha sauce for a bit of a kick it’s now in my regular rotation for lunch on toasted gluten free bread
