I had thinner pork chops (about 3/4 inch) which was a perfect size for 2, but the spices were so delicious so I wouldn’t mind trying it with thicker meat. They were so quick and easy, can’t wait to make them again.

Very good! I always struggle with keeping pork chops moist and these turned out well! Will make again for sure :)

Turned out perfect, juicy and flavorful. Followed directions as written. I would definitely make these again.

#1) Remove chops from fridge 1 hour before cooking, in cooking class I learned to allow enough time for the size of meat to reach room temp. but no more than 2 hrs for roasts or whole birds. #2) I'll try the 'flipping every minute' but since meat tends to stick for the first minute or two it may prove to be a 'flip every 2 minutes' ;-) I've been cooking these for over 20 yrs at med/high heat, 3 minutes for the first side and 4 minutes for the second side. Stay ono brah.

Will make again, turned out good.
Made brown gravy from the drippings.
My chops were 1/2 inch, would like to try a little thicker chop next time.
Served with spinach and cubed potatoes.

It was very good, my chops were a little thicker so I had to give them another minute. I used cumin and garlic salt with the black pepper.

Turned out well, although there was a little too much oil that I had to soak off. Smelled good, tasted good. :)

Very good. Easy to prepare and even the youngest who said he doesn’t like pork chops said it was great. I used think boneless chops. Was sure to set out first and let set covered at the end; per directions. Also be sure to turn often. Prepared and cooked exactly as instructed.
