*Shredded what I had leftover from a rotisserie chicken. Didn’t have avocado, so I sliced up a yellow onion & a green bell pepper, sautéed. Stirred in shredded chicken, then added picante sauce to moisten chicken some for warming. While that was warming I stirred homemade taco seasoning into the sour cream. Removed skillet from heat, then stirred sour cream mixture into chicken mixture. Then cooked as directed.
Really tasty, quick & easy. Will definitely make this again. Great use for leftover rotisserie chicken.

Soo good. I sautéed some red bell peppers we had lying around and seasoned the chicken with garlic and onion powder (and salt and pepper) - turned out freakin delicious! Next time I’ll sauté some onions. This recipe makes about 3 tortillas

Super tasty! And pretty! I didn’t have cilantro, so I added taco seasoning to the sour cream to give it flavor. Also added tomatoes. Yum! Even the hubby liked it!

Great Light and fresh meal. I will add some salt and Pico de gallo next time for added favor but it was very good.

Excellent recipe. My husband loved it. Unfortunately not a fit for my toddler, but it's definitely we'll come back to and try again.

This was sooo good! Me and my dad really enjoyed it! It’s been officially added to my recipe book!

So yummy!!! I mushed all the ingredients together once they were on the tortilla to mix them better, and I found I liked that better than just layering them in it

Love these. I didn’t have cilantro but did add some medium spice, chunky salsa to each wrap. I heated one in a pan as soon as I made them and kept the other three in the fridge and made those later. Equally good when heated immediately or after refrigeration for a day.

Was delicious. We’ve made it a handful of times. This last time I substituted plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream and it was delicious that way as well and added more protein to it.

It was amazing! But I couldnt find cilantro, so I got fresh baby spinach and added some onion which I grilled with the chicken. I also found cheddar to be pricy, so instead I opted for some simple sliced cheese. I loved it!
