Very tasty and quite easy to do. You can also add other vegetables. I was expecting to mix everything but it is ok like this.

It was easy and I liked the maple-cinnamon butternut squash part. If I make again I’d half the amount of pecans and toast them and maybe even chop them or break them up instead of the big pieces. Overall the four flavors all marry well and it’s an easy dish to put together.
