made it with dried rice noodles and they ended up not being quite right. still delicious, will try again with fresh noodles. it took about 2 hours to make.

Very beginner friendly. More tomatoes and aromatics would be good the onions need to cook a bit more and if subbing out fish sauce for vegetarians be very mindful of using enough salt. Love this recipe, it turned out pretty well on the first try because Chef Jet explained well

This came out great! I left out the shrimp as I served this with Korean bbq pork. I doubled the sauce and left out the Serrano and still found it slightly too spicy but still yummy.

This was excellent! I added one additional egg, and the next time I will use more pepper or I may use habanero to make it a little spicier.

Perfect recipe! I prepped the ingredients early in the morning and sat in the fridge until dinner time. Once it was time for dinner, it took 15 minutes, which is my kind of meal. I will likely use less peppers next time but the flavor was delicious. Make double the sauce for enough flavor.

Sauce needs to be doubled if not tripled great flavor but very dry will make again!

Watching the videos is a fun way to cook. Have everything ready as this goes pretty quickly with the high heat. It came out a little salty, maybe due to not having enough noodles (limited by amount store would sell). Left out a bit of the heat for the kids. Great dish though, may add more vegetables next time. Update: made it again -- had the correct amount of noodles this time around. Went easy on soy and it was much better. Not so salty as the first time.

While we couldn't find the right noodles in the grocery store, we used stir fry rice noodles and the recipe was fantastic. Really enjoyed this meal. The video guide made it easy to follow. No complaints and will makw again!

Absolutely fantastic, my 2 year old even loved it. I only did half the Serrano and seeded it, omitted the sriracha and added some extra veggies.

The sauce was amazing and the fresh rice noodles were a revelation. This is why takeout tastes so good.
Thanks for the step by step. I had a blast cooking it and we really enjoyed the results.
I did decide to almost completely skip the Serano since my 8 year old was really excited to try it. I used the full amount of Sriracha called for and threw in a couple of slices of the pepper. She’s not a fan of spice but it was mild enough for her.
I would’ve loved loads more heat but still thoroughly enjoyed it for its flavor.

Incredibly spicy. Incredibly delicious. Be prepared to move pretty quickly all the way until the end once those aromatics go in the skillet. Be wary - I took out half the seeds from the pepper and my wife could still barely eat it due to such a high level of spiciness. I thought it was phenomenal.

It turned out really well....Very flavorful. But be careful cause it can get really spicy. pay attention to the serrano and sriracha

Awesome flavors! The taste is spectacular. Great dish to cook if you’re moderately experienced and want to explore. The difficulty level is higher than I expected. I fumbled at adding the noodles and may have had my heat too high since nice some bits burned. I’d make it again (hopefully better next time).

very good, and not too hard. I recommend watching all the steps before starting since things get a little hectic once the wok heats up. If you don't have sweet soy suace, normal soy sauce + brown sugar worked well as a substitute
